  • Student Led Conferences are right around the quarter!Please contact your child’s ADVO teacher to set up a time to meet.Conferences are part of your student’s ADVO grade.For students in 8th-11th grade, information on forecasting preferred classes for next year will be given out at conferences.It will be really important information!
  • Notice to parents and community members regarding students within the Stevenson-Carson School District: The district’s Highly Capable referral procedures are currently underway for students who are now in grades K-11. The Highly Capable program serves students in grades K-12. Referrals may be made by teachers, parents, students, or any other interested party. Referral packets are available at the district office and all schools beginning on Monday, March 12, 2018 and are due by Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.
  • Are you looking for a spring sport, but don’t feel like playing baseball or running track? Stevenson Community Pool has the answer! Come join Swim Club today! Stevenson Swim Club meets 2 or 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:15pm – 5:15pm, and functions as a swim team. We have practice all year round, and it’s never too late to join! There is no age limit, and the only requirements are one length of the pool backstroke and one length freestyle, we teach you the rest!   • The Stevenson Community Pool will be hosting a CPR class for KIDS! That’s right, if you want to take safety to the next level, have a child who might be interested in Lifeguarding, or want to learn about what it takes to save lives, come sign up today for our CPR class! There is NO age minimum, only physical strength requirements. Space is limited, so be sure to come by the pool today and sign up!When: Saturday, March 24th. From 12:00pm – 4:00pm. Where: The Stevenson Community Pool.Cost: $5.00
  • Notice:Our Non-Discrimination procedures for complaints has been more clearly outlined in the handbook that is online and a hard copy will be provided at their request.
  • Suicide Grief Support Group meets Sundays at the SES Library (2/11, 2/25, 3/11, 3/25, 4/8, 4/22, 5/6, 5/20) from 6:00-7:00.
  • If your child is struggling with feelings of depression or thoughts of suicide, please let us know.We are here to help and can connect you to resources.

  • Students will have an opportunity to preview their 4th quarter schedule on Monday.All change requests must be made by noon on Wednesday the 28th.

 

SHS Students and Families

  • Seniors, the group picture is TODAY during ADVO in the Gym!

  • All students are welcome to play chess in rm. 11, during lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  On Tues and Thurs., lessons will be provided for those interested in learning how to play.
  • The Explorers Club is hosted by Deputy Lyle and meets every Wednesday after school in the Commons area. The club is open to all SHS and WRMS students in good academic standing.
